PSA Custom 16" Tiger Stripe CHF Mid-length Premium Rifle

Barrel: A proprietary blend of Cold Hammer Forged Chrome Moly Vanadium made by PSA by FN Manufacturing that is referred to as "Machine Gun Steel" by virtue of its use in FN's M249 and M240 weapons.   The hammer forging process work hardens the steel, making it more durable.  In addition, the chrome process for the bore allows for a lining almost twice as thick as a standard M16 for enhanced durability.  Chambered in 5.56 NATO, with a 1/7 twist, M4 barrel extension, and a mid-length gas system, this barrel is phosphate coated to mil-specs.  Barrel is High Pressure tested, and Magnetic Particle inspected, to ensure quality and dependability, and is finished off with Magpul MOE Mid-length Handguards, an F-marked front sight base, and Lantac Dragon muzzle device. Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is machined to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized with a Tiger Stripe finish for durability. These uppers are made for us right here in the USA by a mil-spec manufacturer. Bolt: Nickel boron coated full-auto profile bolt carrier group. Milspec Carpenter No. 158® steel bolt, Shot Peened Bolt, High pressure tested, Mag particle inspected, Gas Key Hardened to USGI Specifications, Gas Key Grade 8 Hardened Fasteners, Gas Key Staked Per Mil-Spec, Tool Steel Extractor, Extractor Spring, Extractor O-ring Insert Brake: Manufactured to the highest quality standards and featuring a patent pending design, the LANTAC DGN556B Muzzle Brake offers improved recoil management and muzzle rise over competitors products. Its unique Short Energy Pulse system reduces length of recoil so that repeating shot energy cannot overlap and knock the shooter back. Full auto fire is possible with massively reduced recoil and muzzle climb, meaning that all shots fall on target. Ultra Fast Attenuation of muzzle blast gasses means that Flash Signature is also reduced.  Lower: These forged lowers are quality made using material is 7075-T6 and are marked "MULTI" for caliber. Finish is hardcoat annodized in a Tiger Stripe finish. Mil-spec diameter 7075-T6 buffer tube is hardcoat anodized in a tiger stripe pattern, has 6 adjustment positions, is fitted with a Magpul ASAP end plate and finished with a MOE Carbine Stock. The fire control group is the HIPERTOUCH® 24.
