If you have a newer shotgun with a magazine capacity over five rounds, you'll probably appreciate this. I tested the S&B ammo in several different shotguns, including a semi auto, a break-action and a few pump-action shotguns. I didn't encounter any functional issue. It had a decently tight pattern too, about the size of the human fist at nine yards or a hand with fingers spread at 15. All in all, this is affordable and reliable ammunition. It is well-suited for personal defense use.
