Description:
The Boker Anzo 67 designed by Danish custom maker Jens Ansø is a classic in the Boker Plus line. This is a hefty folder with plenty of utility in a striking design. The Anso 67 Pro Zebrawood switches from the standard frame lock to a lighter weight inset liner lock and features Zebrawood handle scales and a horizontal satin finished D2 tool steel blade.
Brand new, direct from Boker Knives.
Blade: Made from horizontal satin finished D2 tool steel the modified Sheepsfoot blade has a high saber grind for optimal strength and balanced slicing performance. With subtle belly and a fine point for piercing and detail work the blade deploys fast and smooth on nylon washers via the dual, removable thumb studs.
Handle: Supported by dual skeletonized stainless steel liners the Zebrawood handle scales are stylish and provides a comfortable and warm feel in the hand. The sweeping handles with pronounced pommel swell are ergonomic and secure in multiple grips while the liner lock has smooth operation and rock solid lockup. Open back construction is completed with two barrel spacers and a generous lanyard hole.
Carries via a right hand, tip-up, stainless steel pocket clip.
D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. With a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) D2 offers greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels. With a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance D2 is a well-balanced, all around knife steel.
