And the load we used for this review was PMC Bronze in 9mm. This is their line of value priced target and range ammo. It has a 115 grain lead core full metal jacket bullet, a reloadable brass case, and a non-corrosive primer. Despite the name, there's no actual bronze medal used in the ammo. It's all the normal lead, brass, and copper that you're used to shooting. To find out how PMC performed on the range, we shot a couple of boxes using six different handguns. There were no feeding problems or ignition issues. And every round we fired functioned just as expected. Recoil was moderate for a 9mm, making this is a good load for long practice sessions or for use in short barrelled guns. We used a Beretta carbine to test accuracy from the bench at 20 yards. Even with a fairly rapid rate of fire, it was no problem to get a really tight group with just a couple of fliers. Low cost brass cased ammo is tough to come by these days.
