Brutus' Description This is a FACTORY NEW VMAC-9 semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Velocity Firearms.  This package includes the pistol with one Sten Gun Mag, manual, trigger lock, and a case.  The VMAC is a descendant of the famous Military Armament Corporation M-11 machine pistol manufactured in the early 1980's.  Like the M-11, they are made of a formed sheet metal lower receiver containing the trigger mechanism and square tube upper receiver, housing the barrel and bolt assembly.  The barrel is 5.4” in length and have a thread size of ¾ x 10 for accessories and accepts many aftermarket extensions and fake suppressors.  Fires the plentiful and popular 9mm luger / parabellum round.  The magazine has a 32 rd capacity and is well incorporated in the pistol grip.  It uses the blow-back unlocked bolt design.  This version has the Electroless Nickel finish.  Electroless nickel is an autocatalytic chemical reduction process that deposits a nickel-phosphorus alloy in a uniformly hard, highly protective finish.  By increasing surface hardness, electroless nickel improves resistance to friction, wear and corrosion.  This process prolongs by 2 to 10 times the service life of parts.
